Shamanic Counseling |
|
Phyllis Playful Autumn Wind, has experienced and lives the ancient wisdom of indigenous peoples. She believes this knowledge is as valuable today as it has been for thousands of years in helping us live balanced lives filled with health, hope, happiness, harmony, and humor. She brings an intuitive understanding as well as years of training in the spiritual essence of indigenous peoples to her seminars, workshops, ceremonies, and shamanic counseling. She is a Twisted Hair*, braiding knowledge from Cherokee, Navaho, Maya, and other traditions in her teachings. As a Shamanic Apprentice she has vowed to pass this knowledge on to anyone who has the desire to heal themselves and truly live life to the fullest. In the last few years, Playful Autumn Wind has become a student of quantum physics and understands the ancients have known these principles since always and for always. Modern science is just discovering in the last 70-100 years what our ancestors have known for millennia about the connections of mind, body, and spirit. She brings this connection to her counseling sessions showing clients that they aren't just looking at native mumbo-jumbo, but scientific fact that we have control over our lives. Using ancient teachings, such as Erasing Personal History (actually changing your past to heal the wounds of childhood) and the Four Moon Cycles (proving that our lives play out in three-year cycles), she will help you have a better understand of self, life and others and your purpose for being in this body at this time. Discover how to end the destructive patterns that keep you living in a box of limitations in this limitless Universe. Call 816-353-2691 for appointments. * In ancient times shamans or medicine men/women traveled long distances (even from South to North America or over seas) to study and work with other shamans. They spent years learning new traditions and techniques of healing and imparting their own knowledge. Then they would return to their own people to share what they had learned. Hair has always in most all traditions, been a symbol of knowledge, so these shamans were considered Twisted Hairs as they braided their own knowledge with that of others. |
